At BBM, Celebrating the Cross is about bringing children back to the real meaning of Easter in a way that is gentle, understandable, and filled with wonder. In a world where Easter can easily become about chocolate eggs and holidays, we intentionally create space for children to encounter the deeper truth — that Easter is about love, sacrifice, and new life.
We teach them that the cross is not something to fear, but something to understand. That it represents a love so big, so intentional, that Jesus chose them — even before they knew Him. Through storytelling, creativity, art, and conversation, we help children see that the cross is where forgiveness began, where hope was restored, and where they were given a new identity.
Celebration with Purpose
Each year, we intentionally partner with a school that we adopt, and we launch that relationship through this moment of meaning — introducing children to the true heart of Easter while also opening the door to a year of continued support, care, and community. The Celebrate The Cross campaign becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Throughout the year, we walk alongside the school and gather support from our community to meet real, practical needs. From school uniforms to stationery, from packed lunches to essential resources, we respond not just with words, but with action. We listen, we show up, and we serve where it matters most. This initiative allows children to not only hear about God’s love, but to experience it through provision, through presence, and through a community that chooses to care.

Each year, BBM Foundation adopts a school as part of our Celebrating the Cross initiative — creating a meaningful starting point for a year of impact. Through this partnership, we work alongside the school to respond to practical needs such as uniforms, stationery, lunches, and other essential resources, while also creating spaces for encouragement, creativity, and faith-based engagement.
